Even though Babur entered Punjab in the year 1523, his invasion became successful during his fifth time that is on November 1525.

The army of Babur had the size of 12000 men who conquered the traditional gateway to India which is none other than Punjab.

Babur and his soldiers were the reason for demolition of several temples related to Hinduisms all over Punjab.

The main reason behind the entry of Babur to India is, because of the invitation of Daulat Khan Lodi in order to settle his disputes with Sultan Ibrahim Lodi.
