Bedouines lived according to the ancient Tribal Patterns. The head of the tribe was called as Sheik, who was elected by the heads of the families comprising the Tribe.

They were nomads and moved from place to place.

They developed a code of ethics represented in th word muru'ah or manly virtue. Bedouine women enjoyed a degree of freedoma as they were free to engage in business and commerce and choose their own lovers and conduct their lives without gret restriction by control of their husbands.

They lacked a unifying religious system and took life as a brief time eithin which to take full advantage of daily pleasure. They used to worship natural things like Trees, Stone and also worshipped spirits.
