Binomial Nomenclature is a system wherein the identification of an organism is in two terms: Genus and Species.

Ex. Mango = Mangifera Indica.

Binomial Nomenclature is started by: Carlous Linnaeus.

The names in the Binomial Nomenclature are accepted universally.

Hope this helps.
