EXPLANATION:

It is a fluid connective tissue that links different parts of body it helps to maintain the continuity of the body.It contains fluid matrix called plasma and blood cells such as White blood cells,red blood cells and blood platelets suspended in it.

Plasma also contains proteins,salts,hormones and vitamins to various tissues of the body it carries excretory products from the tissue to excretory organs it also conducts heat and regulats body temperature.

1.red blood cells :it dies within weeks because it does not have nucleus in it. It contains red colour pigment which provide red colour. it helps for the transportation of essential proteins and oxygen.

2.plasma:it constitutes 55% of the blood volume.

it filters the wall of the blood capillaries.

also it provides oxygen to those place where blood cannot reach. it comprise s mainly of water.

3.white blood cells or leukocytes: This helps in removing pathogen and all small bacteria from our body.provide strength to the body. and also male sperms contains wbc in little amount. loss of sperms can damage immune system of our body. although we can say that loss of wbc blood can damage our immune system.

4.platelets :it is the very important part of our body cells. it help in clotting the blood it absorb oxygen and helps in cloyting the blood of the injured part of our body. without platelets we can die within in minutes because it only helps to clott the blood without this there will be more loss of blood.

This together act as a tissue.
