Adding fertilizers & manure. -Fertilizers and manures contain plant nutrients such as, pottasium, phosphorus and nitrogen. Plants absorbs the maximum amount of nutrients from the soil and hence the amount of nutrients in soil keeps declining, so to enrich the soil in nutrients fertilizers and manures are used.
