Prokaryotic Organisms : Their cells donot have a well organised nucleus and the nucleus doesnot have nuclear membrane.
e.g. Blue green algea, bacterial cells...
Eukaryotic Organisms : Their cells have a well organised nucleus and the nuclear membrane is present.
e.g. All organisms except blue green algea and bacteria....
