according to economic activities
there are three sectors
1.primary sector or agriculture sector
2secondary sector or industrial sector
3.tertiary sector service sector
1.primary sector include all those economic activities which are closely related to the man's natural environment just like fishing ,mining , cultivation etc
2 . Secondary sector include all those activities which produced final goo by using primary sector goods just like all industrial activities
3.tertiary sector include all service activities just like teachers , transport etc
If we take about now a days tertiary sector is growing
