Explanation:

During a single cycle blood goes twice in the heart which is known as double circulation. It is necessary in human being to separate oxygenated and de-oxygenated blood because this makes their circulatory system is more efficient and helps in maintaining constant body temperature.

Answer:blood goes to the heart twice in a single cycle this is termed as double circulation. It is important for us because we are warm blooded animals and have high energy requirements.

Explanation: all the deoxygenated blood from body is carried through vena cava to the right auricle and then to right ventricle. From there it goes to the lungs for being oxygenated through pulmonary arteries. The oxygenated blood then again comes back to heart through pulmonary veins to the left auricle and then tho left ventricle from there to whole body through aorta.in this way blood goes twice in the heart in a single cycle. We are warm blooded animals and have high energy needs so the separation of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood provides efficient supply of oxygen thus fulfilling the high energy needs.
