Dischord and Dynne invent peddle noise pulls, new sounds, clamor salves, hubbub tonics, and racket lotions in the Valley of Sound.
- Dr. DIschord lives in a Carnival wagon, and on the wagon's side in huge white letters were written the name KAKOFONOUS A. DISCHORD and just below that, in smaller black letters were written the words DOCTOR OF DISSONANCE. The door of the wagon shuddered such a way that sounded similar to a freight train that was being derailed into a mountain of custard.
