  3. Sleeping and Waking up Early:  Fajr is the holiest time of the day, if one awakens at Fajr and offer prayers then he/she will feel meditate and calm throughout the day. If you want to rise in early hours then you need to sleep early as our body requires a decent amount of rest which we will get from proper sleep.

  7. Sit when you eat or drink: Sitting when you eat or drink makes one feel calm as well as it helps in absorption of food.
  8. Say Salaam and Bismillah before entering the house: It is essential to utter the Name of Allah upon entering a home in order to prevent our doors being open for Shaytaan.
  9. Visit the sick: Beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: “Feed the hungry, visit the sick, and set free the captives”(Bukhari). This Sunnah of visiting the sick grips the higher spot as associated with other Sunnahs.
  10. Untying the three knots: Untie three knots in which the first knot by waking up early, the second one is by making Wudu and third is by praying Fajr.
  11. Maintain 1/3rd rule in eating: Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has set us 1/3rd rule in eating. Which recommends that your meals should be well-adjusted as in do not overeat, which could lead to other kinds of stuff like acidity or vomit, or do not under eat, which could lead one’s body to the dimness.
