EXCRETION IN AMOEBA. ... In amoeba carbon dioxide and ammonia are the main waster materials. These waste materials are excreted out by the process of diffusion through general body surface. In amoeba, contractile vacuoles also play some role in the removal of waste materials.

..Heya mate...

Excreation in Amoeba:-

  • In amoeba, there is no specific excretory organs.
  • So,waste products are removed by simple diffusion from the body surface into surrounding water.
  • It contains an organalle called contractile vocuole which collects water and waste from the body.
  • After that it swells and burst to release its waste outside.
  • These excretion takes place through body surface which is known as process osmosis.
  • Thus, waste is excreted out from amoeba.
