Red-Yellow soil is found in western parts of Sawai Madhopur ,Sirohi,Rajsamand,Udaipur dists.This soil lacks in fertile elements.This soil is formed from disintegretion of granite,schist and gneiss rocks.Lack of Lime and N2 is found in this.Due to presence of iron,the colour of this soil is red and yellow.This soil is suitable for groundnut and cotton cultivation.
