THERE are almost so may ways women are being discriminated in India :

on the basis of education:

the literacy rate of women is 54% while men is 84%.

on the basis of heridetary:

most parents prefer son than daughter we can hear so may news on female infants being killed when already in mothers stomach.

on the basis of job:

women are paid lesser than men when both are doing the same job.

on the basis of work: it is said women do more work than men men are given responsibilty of going for job while women are supposed to sit in the house doing household works.
