The Grand Academy of science in Balnibarbi was full of stupid and unrealistic people. When Gulliver visited that academy he noted some very unusual things. The people around here were so stupid that they were focused on achieving something that is impossible such as getting food from the waste of humans. extracting sunbeans from the cucumber they have wasted so much money on their foolishness and have been unable to achieve anything.
