Helen Keller had many difficulties in the radcliffe college she was restricted buy her double disability from gaining knowledge through normal means. She was forced to gain it by alternative methods knowing that in college there were many ways where she could contact girls who are thinking, living and struggling like her.
However soon Helen lost her romanticism about the Radcliffe college the things she missed most in college was a time to think and reflect her hands were being used for finger spelling by Miss Sullivan. She had to make notes after class using her Braille typewriter. She used the Hammond typewriter as it was suited to her needs. She became jealous of other students who needed less time to study. However she feel that every struggle become a victory for her.
