if I have to spread a English environment in my classroom then I should take the following step:
1)organized debate and speech in CCA period.
2)I will always talk in English with my friends
3)sometimes I dominate them from my English by using some difficult word so perhaps they feel shy and start to talk in English
4)always use proverb for making jokes of my friend so they perhaps also start to use proverb for making my joke
