Describe how a firms relationships with customers may evolve overtime. For each level of relationship, identify a firm with which you have that level of relationship and discuss how its marketing effort differ from other firms.

  • Relationship marketing can be divided into several categories, including basic, accountable, proactive, and partnership marketing. All succeed in creating stronger, more meaningful ties with potential clients and customers.
  • Customers develop various tiers as they purchase things. The five levels are basic, reactive, accountable, proactive, and partnership.
  • Long-term, mutually beneficial interactions between a client and a business are considered to be positive customer relations. These bonds are established through fostering a secure atmosphere of trust that leads to the sustained growth of both the client and the business.
  • The term "customer lifecycle" refers to the various stages a consumer goes through when they are thinking about, purchasing, utilising, and remaining loyal to a specific good or service. The five unique stages of this lifecycle are reach, acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty.
  • The aim of customer identification is not so much to decide which consumers we want (that comes later), but rather to recognise each client as that customer each time we interact with her and then connect those many data points to create a comprehensive picture of each specific customer.
