A river usually ends by flowing into an ocean, a lake or a bigger river. The place where the river flows out into a bigger body of water is called the 'mouth' of the river. Rivers are the main parts of the conveyor that carry water from the higher parts of Earth to the lower parts ,lakes and seas.
║A river begins life high in the hills or mountains. In a cold region, a river may be created by melting snow or a glacier.
║In warmer places, rivers typically form when water drains from a whole series of upland slopes known as a basin.
║Flowing down from high hills and mountains, the upper part (or course) of a river is usually narrow, steep, and marked by sharp valleys and abrupt, zig-zag changes of direction. The steepness means the water flows quickly, often forming dramatic features such as white-water rapids and waterfalls .
║Rapid flow means the water has high energy to cut through rocks, wearing away deposits in a process called erosion.
║ An old river often floods across the land after there is lots of rain at the headwaters.
First stage- when it will have top speed of water.
Second stage- when the water is slowed down and some minerals will drop off and settle at bottom.
Third stage- when it will join the see and form Delta, the triangular shape that form at last and join the sea.
