Volume changes because:
When you exercise blood flow to kidneys is diminished.this reduction in blood flow is necessary to maintain blood pressure as muscles dilate in your working muscles.So the amount of blood filtered is less,the volume changes or decreases.
As you exercise,sweat is lost carrying out sodium and water with it, so to counter balance the sodium and water levels in our body kidney reabsorbs sodium and water from urine resulting in change in composition.
