The crystals of copper sulphate are prepared as follows:

• A cup of water is taken in a beaker.
• Add some drops of dilute sulphuric acid in it.
• Heat it and when it starts boiling add copper sulphate powder slowly with continuous stirring.
• The copper sulphate powder is added till saturation level.
• Filter the solution and cool it.
• Leave it undisturbed and we will observe copper sulphate crystals after some hours.

Crystallization is the process by which we can obtain crystals of copper sulphate. In this process, a few drops of dilute sulphuric acid is added to water. The water is then boiled & as it starts boiling, copper sulphate powder is added with stirring. The powder must be added on till the solution becomes saturated
