Describe how Helen the ghost, is the central character of the story

Helen was a ghost who look like a sophisticated women.There was nothing ghostly abt her except that she appeared in bits and pieces.She had a long and an angular face with solid jaw, fishy eyes covered a big bone, rimmed spectacles. She wore a white shirtwaist and a plaid skirt and had done her hair in a tight wad at the back of her head and were brogans. She was fashionable and attractive. When she was alive she was an unsuccessful writer and after her death she along with some other ghosts organised the writers inspiration bureau which helped the writers without ideas to write a ghost story. She was a kind and harmless ghost. She along with some other ghosts were going on a strike because they were distured greatly by the ouija board fanatics.
