Inhalation is the process by which the body brings in oxygen it happens when we breathe in or inhale then our diaphragm cotracts and moves downward .Exhalation is the process by which the body expels carbon dioxide and it happens when we breathe out or exhale then our diaphragm relaxes and moves upward.
