Arguments to prove thay are different:-
- In a chemical change, a new substance is formed. Or, the chemical properties will change. But, in case of a physical change, the substance’s chemical properties will remain same.
- Also, a chemical change is a permanent change whereas the physical change is temporary. That is, a physical change is reversible but the chemical one is irreversible.
Argument to prove they are same:-
Though they are different, but they bring a change in the substance. Commonly, a change in appearance of the object is observed in both the changes.
