Describe how self talking helps overcome stress?

hey,

self talking helps a lot to overcome stress.
We feel free to express our feeling and by talking to ourself we guide ourself also. Thinking of that think make us feel comfortable and in that we think this may happen due to tjis or this ..etc
We guide ourself and try to solve that think as sometimes we cannot express our feeling to anyone but by talking on our own we feel free and solve that think..

Ya,very nice question

∆∆∆∆First,I say don't get stress because it give us harmful result.

So,I give some points to^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ help the overcome the^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ stress.

1】When u feel stress ,U should talk with yourself.It is very nice process.I also follow this......

2】You eat toffee and chocolate in that time when u feel stress.Its occurrs sweetness .

3】We get five minutes of meditation......

4】When u feel stress ,In that time ,You should do your hobby like drawing , singing etc, But One of the most wonderful process ,u should listening a music.It gives us relaxation and refreshment ...I also follow.

5】When we feel stress,We should thought good or good like in that day ,my mam'd praise me and I score full marks in that subject.And main u thought about ur best friend.

6】When u do something ,U feel always nice because it donot get stress ever.

7】And ,last Never feel negative .Always feel positive...
