Take a cellophane rap and some cement,so molten glass..

Take the cellophane and dip in it cement, take it out and then cling it in the form of the sand clock shape and then let dry, fill with molten powder or sand and seal with cemented caps..

Take 2 wine glass and a metal hot drill cut 2 inches of the steam of glass and make it hollow with drill and then heat both ends and stick them.

Fill with sand and seal it..
