You must take with you two Photos and your identity card . You are required to enter your name and address in it. You can give the name of the nominee. You have to put your signature at two or three places on it. This is termed as your specimen signature . The account can be opened in the name of an individual , single or jointly a minor with his guardian- father or mother But the person concerned must be known to the bank or should be introducedt hrough some account holder of the bank .
