The doctor was just talking to himself and thinking about his looks , the lady he would marry , etc. But irony happens with him that suddenly somethings falls behind his chair with a thud . He was terrified as he looked behind he saw a snake coiled around his shoulder. The snake had a very hard grip on his shoulder . But the doctor slightly smiles and thinks that if the snake bites hin what medicine would he take because he was just a practitioner he actually smiled on his foolishness. But then he began praying to god . Then suddenly the snake falls on his laps and crawls onto the table and moves towards the mirror. The doctor has a sigh of relief but still very quitely with presence of mind he ran away from there.....
