Everybody feared that granny would fall from a tree one day. Despite being advised to stop that practice, she would not stop. Once it so happened that she climbed a tree but couldn't come down. After the rescue, the doctor recommended rest for a week. But for granny it was like a brief season in hell. She demanded a house to be built on a tree. The poet's father who was dutiful, fulfilled his mother's will, so that granny could shift and live in a tree house, upholding her right to live in a tree

She would be up the branches in a tries. And when she last climbed the tree she was 62 .ever science childhood she had this gift for being happier in a tree than in a lift. For in all there wasn't a tree in a garden the she hadn't been up one are the other time. As years went by she would be told that climbing trees should be stopped as one grows old as growing old should be done grasfully but she would laugh n say I will grow old disgracefully and I can do it better. Having learnt by her loving brother at the age of six. But it was feared by all of us that one day she may have a teribal fall. But the outcome was different. One day when we where in town she had climbed a tree and couldn't come down. And after her rescue the doctor checked her temperature a recommend a week in bed. The poets family sighed with relief and tucked her up well .But poor grrany for her it was brief season in hell. She held her peace till she felt strong then she called my father and said undauntedly I will lie hear no longer a house on a tree top is Wt I need now. My dad knew his duty and he agreed to make her a tree top house and then with Ruskins expert assistancey he soon finished a tree top house with a door and a window. Granny moved up.
