Hassan did not mend his ways.The narrartor got tired of Hassan's irregular attendance so she called his parents. She told them that their son was bright but irregular. But Hassan's father did not take the narrator's words seriously. But his mother was in tears. Then, his parents started to blame each other for Hassan's negligence and the parent-teacher meeting ended fruitlessly.
