Digvijaysinhji Ranjitsinhji Jadeja, who was the Maharaja Jam Sahib of Nawanagar succeeding his uncle, famous cricketer Ranjitsinhji. Digvijaysinhji Ranjitsinhji was born at Sadodar on 18 September 1895, educated at Rajkumar College, Rajkot, in Saurashtra, then at Malvern College and University College London.
He proved himself a great human being and kind-hearted person as during the Second World War, some part of Poland was occupied by the Soviet Union and some part was under the occupation of Germany.
