"This is a Jody's Fawn" wrote by Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings.

Fawn mother was killed to use it's liver ,heart to extract poison of snake out to Jody's father and save him.

After killing of Fawn mother, Jody's want to take care of fawn and he want to take him at his home.For it he take the permission of his father and mother.At first, Jody hesitated to go near him and only extended a hand to caress him but it was only when the fawn brought itself near him.And finally he reached at their home and his eyes was full of brightness and happiness.
