 Health and Education are two key areas in which the government has a primary  responsibility to improve.

 Illiteracy, infant mortality rate, deaths during child birth, malnutrition among children are to  seriously rectified. Other aspects like safe drinking water, housing for the poor and food and  nutrition are also necessary.
