Gandhi was thinking of starting satyagraha movements to get swaraj ... He ,after going to champaran , went to kheda ... Affected by crop failure and a plague epidemic , the peasants of Kheda wanted the govt to lower revenue . so gandhi organised a satyagraha movement to abolish the high revenue
