Fertilizer = It may be artificial substance. There are chemical added to increase fertility. They prepared in factories. It doesn't provide humus to the soil.
Manure = It is organic substances in nature. They are rich in humus but not contain harmful items. It doesn't have specific nutrients. Not readily soluble in water, so it is slowly absorb by the plants
