Describe Miss Stapleton first encounter with sir Henry ?

There are four possible encounters & that it says when did miss Stapleton first encounter Henry. Not when did they encounter each other. This can be when she first sent the warning letter to him in London. Sherlock later deduces that it was Stapleton who sent the letter by smelling the perfume on it. It could be a description of that.   It could also be when she mistook Watson for sir Henry and warned him when Watson came to the Merrypit House  This encounter could be when they first actually saw each other, but the book does not really do into detail about this, at least enough to justify 7 marks  When they meet alone in the woods for the first time, where Jack Stapleton sees them and gets furious.
