Election Commission of India model code of conduct is a set off guideline issued by the election commission of India for conduct of political parties and candidates during elections mainly with respect to speeches , polling day , polling booths , election many ferrous , procession and general conduct

all the political parties in our country have agreed to a model of code of conduct for election campaigns.According to this,no party /candidate can:

1)Use any place of worship for election propaganda ;

2)Use govt. vehicles ,aircrafts,and officials for elections

3)no transfer of sitting ministers & govt. officials
