money is the main form of exchange in today's modern world. Earlier times it was made up of metallic coins or even grains and cattle were used as money. modern forms of money include currency. that is

1. paper notes
2. coins

they are not made of precious metals or not of any grain or cattle. It don't have any use of its own. then two it plays a crucial role in in exchange of goods this is because that particular money is authorised by the government of the country.
