Explanation:
Considering a very practical scenario where I have same resources as of now available in the world with no added resource input but only the power to channel those resources I'd like to do the following things
1. Decrease the budget provided for defense and army of every nation and instead channel that budget into Science and research Institutes
I'll consider the example of my country(India) for that matter of fact which spends 2.7% of its GDP in defense and military equipments and only 0.9% of GDP in R&D which is way too low for development of any country. If I had the power to channel those resources I'd always provide a greater funding for R&D and scientific development
