b) Add some drops of dilute iodine solution on the food sample. if the colour changes to blue black then starch is present in the food.
c) squash the food sample on a paper or a napkin. place the paper on the napkin for drying in air. if there are only 50 on the cloth napkin or paper then parts are present in the food sample.
