Principles of sensory and motor innervation of muscles:
Sensory neurons are nerve cells which are found in the nervous main. This is responsible for converting "external stimuli from the organism’s environment" to the internal electrical impulses.
The best example is muscle contraction is achieved by activation of motor neurons for it to achieve muscle contraction which is a response from the sensory neuron due to tactile stimuli.
Motor Muscles, the "motor units" often work together to coordinate the "contraction of single muscles".
