however, it works on a much larger scale and at faster speeds.

wimax covers greater distance and can cover large cities.

wimax also has a range of up to 30 miles.

this wireless technology allows data to be transferred at a rate of 30 megabits - 40 megabits per second.

wimax has a relatively low cost when compared to 3G, hfc , etc.
