CGS unit of density is

 \frac{g}{cm {}^{2} }

Converting to SI unit

 \frac{1g}{cm {}^{3} }

=

 \frac{1 \times 100 \times 100 \times 100}{1000}

 \frac{kg}{m {}^{3} }

 \frac{1q}{cm {}^{3} }

=

 \frac{1000}{mg {}^{3} }
