First of all, there is nothing like S hybridised orbitals. SP hybridised orbitals are actually present in linear molecules like CO2 and C2H2. This means that the s orbital of the hydrogen and the p-orbital of carbon fuse together to form sp hybridised orbitals. Similarly sp2 consists of two p-orbital and one s - orbital merging with each other. Example is BeF2. And methane , water etc. have sp3 hybridised orbitals.
