Serial keys are designed to assist people that have difficulty using a keyboard or a mouse (or both). This

feature allows such people to use special devices like Sip, Puff and Breath Switches to provide input to

the computer through serial ports. On the other hand, the Toggle keys have been designed for people

who have cognitive disabilities. When this feature is turned on, computer produces sound on pressing

any of the locking keys (Caps Lock, Num Lock or Scroll Lock).
