Describe Service Quality ? Explain the overall gap between customers’ expectations and perceived service with reference to GAP analysis.

Answer:

The difference between customer perception and expectation is that the first is an opinion or definition given by the customer for a product or service but when talking about the expectations we tend to think more on the side of customer requirements. I can distinguish between both based on the temporal aspect.
