Sexual Reproduction : In sexual reproduction fusion of male's and female's gametes took place. Example : Animals, Human beings.
Asexual Reproduction : In asexual reproduction fusion of gametes doesn't took place. Example : Amoeba, Hydra.

How does Woman gets pregnant ?
Answer : When Male's gametes (Sperms) fuse with The female gamers (Ova or egg) took place or also called as fertilization . Then it results to formation of zygote.
