Explanation:

I grew up in a joint family. We were always some 12 to 15 family members at home.

We had relations from all age group right from my grandparents to my little sister. What I liked most about my family was unity.

This example was exhibited by my grandparents. Whatever happens in the family, they handled everything very gracefully. They were there for us always.

The elders were always very kind to us and very caring. Among all of them, I liked my grandmother very much. She taught me by her own behavior and attitude on how to handle people with compassion and a positive attitude.

She won everybody’s heart with her easy-going attitude. She kept herself abreast of all the latest happenings and was there for us both the young and old.

All that I learned from her, has helped me live my life in peace today.
