Describe steps in achieving strategic fit in supply chain.

Strategic fit means that both the competitive and supply chain strategies have the same goal. To achieve strategic fit, a company must ensure that it supply chain capabilities support it's ability to stisty the targeted customer segments. there are three basic steps to achieve strategic fit.
