Bahman Kindom was basically Muhammad Tughluq’s southern territory which was divided into 4 provinces.
These provinces had their capitals at Berar, Bidar, Daultabad and Gulbarga.
The provincial Governers were essentially rulers of their provinces with ultimate control over their administrative and military matters.
They were responsible for collecting revenue from their province, they had to organize and maintain an army of the province and were also required to appoint military and civil officials.
