Describe the administrative reforms of Napoleon Bonaparte?

Napoleon created civil code (also called Napoleonic Code) to establish rule of law .

Yet, he was not the supporter of democracy but his rules brought many changes in administration system.

According to these codes :

Equality before law was established

He secured the right to property

Serfdom and manorial dues were abolished

Also some wrong decisions made by him were :

He forced people of French to join French Army

He increased taxes etc.
